Robinhood City belongs to the Crazy 88 and five bosses split it between them. You are KillChill. Answer the phones, take the jobs, take any car you like, and when the boss calls, go and see them.
Robinhood City belongs to the Crazy 88, and every phone booth in it knows KillChill's name. When one rings, the arrow at his feet points to it. Pick it up and there is work: a car to steal, a package to run against the clock, a carload of the 88 to put off the road, a lieutenant to take off the board. Every job done adds one to the multiplier, up to six, and everything scored after that is multiplied by it.
Any car on the street is his if he can get the driver out of it. Hurt enough people in front of the police and they come, one head at a time on the meter in the corner. Outrun them, find a badge, or drive into Paint & Chill: a fresh coat, a straightened bumper, and nobody is looking for that car any more.
Each borough has a boss. Do their jobs and sooner or later they call you themselves: Vernita in Pasadena, Gogo in Shibuya, O-Ren at the House of Blue Leaves, Pai Mei at White Lotus and Bill in El Paso. Put a boss down and the next borough opens, with a life for the trouble. Crates on the pavement hold guns, sake and badges, and three of them say 88 on the lid. Open one on foot and see what happens.
